I first met Frank as a student in a Digital Portfolio course I was teaching around a decade ago. At the time he was freelancing for Disney events and playing music with his band Sage. I bake and cook as a creative outlet (perhaps obsession), have been doing so for a long time. Over the years I worked in teaching tech and baked from home as Frank expanded into food and wine photography.
Cookies for Grown-ups brings together our food and photography with 95 new cookie recipes. Each is paired with a drink ranging from green tea to tequila. We hope you enjoy the book and I look forward to hearing from you about your baking exploration. I’m available, also, to speak to groups for fund raisers.
